Let me introduce to you the new theme of this blog. It is 「同じ空の下で」which translated means, “Underneath the Same Sky.” A long time ago, when I was talking with a beloved person on Valentine’s Day, we parted with the words, “Whenever you feel lonely, just look outside the window and stare at the sky; I’ll be looking at it with you…” So, I’d just like all of you out there to know there is someone that cares about you, and why not try looking for them this Valentine’s Day?

Now it’s time for just straight up information, yo~

◊My online alias is Kayuri Hiwatari, among others.
◊I just recently turned 15, I started this blog when I was
13. (I feel extremely old…)
◊I’m an HS student with tons a professional jobs. (If you want to know how I got involved in each one, just ask!)
◊Here are some to name a few: Pro Voice Actress, Conceptual Artist (former game designer), Entertainment Artist
◊I’m called an over-achiever, but I don’t think there’s such a thing as achieving too much.
◊If you’re wondering, my courses for next year are Chinese II, Honors Geometry, Honors Wind Ensemble, Honors English, Honors World History, AP (Advanced Placement, basically college level) Biology, Moral Theology, and Christology. It’s basically academic suicide. Oh, and I’m also taking part in the Funabashi Immersion Program.
◊I procrastinate and don’t mind staying up til 11 to finish my homework.
◊I tend to get straight A’s even with my amazingly full schedule. Saying I’m a prodigy is my favorite excuse.
◊I like philosophy, but I really don’t get poetry. I love playing tennis, but I don’t even want to touch a badminton raquet.
◊I love reading, but I usually don’t like reading stuff that’s overrated. (Hey, did I ever tell you that my cousins were in Harry Potter? That’s another story…)
◊I’m a person of paradoxes and controversies.
◊I love anime. I love music.
◊I love playing the piano, this year marks my 9th year with it. I just started learning percussion stuff this year.
◊I’m fluent in English, semi-fluent in Japanese and Filipino, and I’m just starting to learn Mandarin.
◊I’m a really simple if you think about it.
◊Give me any advice, and I’ll happily take it.
◊Just don’t try to force your opinions on me, or I’ll hit you for it.

I’ll try my best to update as often as possible, and try to make this a documentary of my life while I’m still young. Aaaah, youth… it sucked, remember? =P
